- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hot Sale shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

- Including all original packaging and tags

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
