At Hot Sale Shoe Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most of our products.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Adult Flip Flops
  • Adult Sandals
  • Baby Sandals
  • All footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your convenience.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days).
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
  • There is no additional charge for exchanges of equal value. For higher-value items, you’ll need to pay the difference.
